Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order and obtain a refund as long as it has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, please allow it to arrive before initiating the return process.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. Most products in their original condition can be returned within 30 business days of receipt.
- Contact our Customer Service to initiate a return and provide information about the item(s) and the reason for returning them.
- Once you receive return instructions from us, make sure to package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Return the item(s) per the guidelines provided. We will share the return address and shipping details once your return is confirmed. (Note: Returns made without authorization will not be accepted).
- We typically process returns within 5 business days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Return Charges

If the return is due to buyer preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product or incorrect size), a full refund will still be granted.
No restocking fee will apply on returns.
